I made this tonight. It was very easy, once I figured out how to make the foil form. I had better luck using a pitcher to wrap the foil around before stuffing it with foil. I also did not use the egg wash until the last step. I found that mine got brown rather quickly- we have a gas range/oven. Might be something to consider for other bakers. My husband helped by handing me the breadsticks. You do have to work quickly, but it was easy to make. It turned out beautifully!

Pumpkin Dip

Delicious. I am not a huge pumpkin fan. This is delicious. Instead of using the pumpkin and spices, I just got a can of Libby's pumpkin pie mix and omitted the spices. I also used some orange juice instead of concentrate. It turned out great. It wasn't too sweet with almost 2c of powedered sugar. I liked it very much.

Playgroup Granola Bars

This was delicious. I never really follow a recipe... always adding and morphing. I didn't have wheat germ so I used milled flax seed. Used 1/4c golden raisins, 1/4c dried cherries, and 1/4c dates. Added pecans and walnuts. Came out of the oven and is cooling. Delicious. Will definitely make again and again. My toddler loves it. **Hint from another review that helped: put a piece of wax paper on top of the mixture in your 9x13 pan. Makes pressing it down so much easier.**

Amish White Bread

Easy and delicious. Make this OFTEN. Using an electric knife really helps to get evenly spaced slices that are straight. I also roll it out, add fillings (cinnamon raisin, cheddar jalepeno, apples, etc.), roll it back up and bake. My favorite was cranberry orange pecan. Zest some orange, a good helping of craisins, pecans, roll it up like a jelly roll and it's a delicious loaf!
