im the middle child of four brothers, and its very hectic at times!!! i cook for my whole family, and bonardi is actually my grandma's maiden name. i plan to go to college to become an executive pastry chef and open a bakery in her name.

Royal Icing II
fabulous recipe- i used this to decorate petite fours, and they were simply out of this world! going back to Sweet Apron's comment on the first page of the thread: you can easily avoid grease tragedies by simply dampening a paper towel with regular white vinegar and wiping your mixer bowl and beaters (and other various items, i.e: spatula) with it. that will totally get rid of any grease that has been previously in contact with your equipment. ALSO: let air-dry. much more sanitary and will make your equipment 100% grease-free. =3

Red Velvet Cake IV
over the years, i have found that i'm not a very big red velvet cake fan, but this recipe is absolutely stellar. the only thing i would change about these cakes would perhaps be a longer baking time, but other than that, i will use this recipe from now on... thank you! =3
