I'm not much of a fish eater, but decided to try this recipe anyway. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it turned out amazing! Super simple. Wouldn't change a thing. Will definitely make again.

Phyllo-Wrapped Halibut Fillets with Lemon Scallion Sauce

So simple and tasty! Substituted rosemary for dill since we didn't have any. Probably would have been delicious even without it! Will definitely make again.

Four Cheese Margherita Pizza

UNBELIEVABLE! My husband and I think this could be the best pizza we've ever had. I made my own dough and skipped the fontina because we didn't have any (added extra mozzarella instead). Made one of the pizzas up the first night and saved the remaining ingredients for the next day. I was worried about leaving the tomatoes in the marinade, but they came out extra flavorful. I was also VERY generous coating the dough with the marinade the second time around and it came out delicious. Will definitely make again.

Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

I'm really not much of a baker, but when I saw how simple this recipe looked, I decided to give it a try for my sister's birthday. My husband, who wasn't planning on eating any, had 2 pieces, and my sister said that it was the best cheesecake she's ever had! I used a water bath and added a few more chocolate chips just because. My brother-in-law gave it 5 stars for presentation.

Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Delicious! Mashed the banana to distribute it a little better and used a combination of milk chocolate morsels and semi-sweet because we didn't have enough of either. I actually preferred the milk chocolate, but my husband thought they made the pancakes a little too sweet.
