No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2010
I doubled the recipe for a 9X13 batch, only use 1 1/2 cups butter, very important!! Also! Milk chocolate chips tasted MUCH much better than semi sweet, I tried both, definately milk chocolate! Also saved like 1/2 cup of warm peanutbutter/chocolate filling in plastic zip loc baggy and cut off the corner to make pretty drizzle lines over the finished product. Everyone wanted the recipe!!

Clone of a Cinnabon

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2010
#1 MOST IMPORTANT TIP!!!!!: make a full batch of frosting by using the whole 8 oz cube of cream cheese: 2/3 c butter, 3+3/4 c powdered sugar, 1+1/2 tsp vanilla, 1/3 tsp salt. the frosting is the BEST part and trust me, you'll be glaaad there's plenty to go around! I used all purpose flour and they came out perrrfectly. Also used the tips on how to do it without a bread machine.

Creamy Banana Pudding

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
Perfect 10! I followed the recipe to a T and wouldn't change one thing! (I just didn't use any lemon juice, it's not necessary). Perfect, REAL southern "nana puddin'"

Irish Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2010
I'm confused about the dumplings, do I drop them in the soup pot and cook them amongst everything else?? Or I boil them in a seperate pot of water then add them to the stew

Boston Cream Pie I

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
Not too impressed. I followed the recipe to a T, the custard was absolutely flavorless, texture was fine, just flavorless. Everything else was average too. And for all the work that it was to make this all from scratch, definately not going to make again. My husband ate the whole thing..but he eats everything haha

Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2010
If you want just a simple, fail-proof creamy fudge, this is it! And because it's so simple, you can get creative! Add coconut instead of the peanutbutter chips, or nuts, etc. One tip if it's your first time, get the cond. milk and vanilla in the saucepan first, let it get hot, and then add the choc chips so the choc melts quickly and doesn't clump up.

Savory Lemon Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
Very yummy! My picky picky husband licked his plate clean! Very easy, I served over buttery angel hair pasta and added some peas to the sauce. I also used about 1/3 cup water because the 2 tbsp were not enough, the sauce was too thick
