Big Soft Ginger Cookies

WOW! These are so good! I actually followed the advice of one review and cooled them on wax paper which made them a little crunchy on the outstide but soft on the inside. I rolled each cookie into a 1" ball and was able to get 50 small cookies out of it. I will definately make these again and again!

These are so much better than store bought! A lot of work, but so worth it! I didn't wait the 7-10 days and they are still yummy!

Red Velvet Cupcakes

I'm not a fan of any red velvet I buy in the store or make out of a box, but these were really good! I wish I could figure out how to get the tops rounded instead of flat. I use real butter.. I thought that was the trick, but these did go flat. Regardless they tasted good.
