Zucchini Quiche

I followed this recipe exactly. We really enjoyed eating this quiche. I would make it again, but would prefer more eggs in the mix. Overall, very good!!!

Blueberry Pie

This was my first ever blueberry pie. I followed the advice from some of the reviews and made these changes: 1 cup sugar, 6 tbsp cornstarch, 5 cups of blueberries, a splash of lemon juice, and 2 tbsp butter. I also covered the lattice crust in an egg wash and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. I baked it at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. The pie cooled for 6 hours before cutting and was a perfect consistency. I give the original recipe 4 stars, but 5 stars with the changes made.

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

I made this pie for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a hit! The only changes I made were to add cinnamon and nutmeg to the apples. Amazing!

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

I loved this stroganoff recipe. I did make some changes that made it 5 stars. The changes included 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp beef bouillon, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 4 oz fresh mushrooms (in addition to the canned mushrooms; added with sour cream, cream cheese, and parsley at 1 hour marker), and 3 oz cream cheese. I also used rigatoni noodles instead of egg noodles. We loved it and the left overs were just as tasty!

Chicken Enchiladas II

These are the best enchiladas I've ever had. The sour cream based cheese sauce is to die for! I make two changes: 1) I double the sauce so there is plenty to cover the enchiladas with, and 2) I add some taco seasoning to the shredded chicken for a little kick.

Grilled Delmonico Steaks

This was amazing! I was only able to let my steaks marinate for 2 hours and they were amazing! Wouldn't change a thing!
