I loved this stroganoff recipe. I did make some changes that made it 5 stars. The changes included 1/2 cup water, 1 tbsp beef bouillon, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 4 oz fresh mushrooms (in addition to the canned mushrooms; added with sour cream, cream cheese, and parsley at 1 hour marker), and 3 oz cream cheese. I also used rigatoni noodles instead of egg noodles. We loved it and the left overs were just as tasty!
