My mom received a South African cookbook on her birthday last year from an exchange student they have kept in touch with for 20 years. I read the cookbook and it sounded delicious. So, I made many dishes from that book from appetizers to dessets. Most were from the Cape Malay region, influenced by Indian spices. I also took a picture of ALL the ingredients. This is part of the dinner onlyu.
