Chicken Enchiladas II

Pretty easy recipe. Not to spicy. Green chiles are mild. I do take it easy with the green onion. :) I make this with Spanish or Mexican rice as a side.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

I loved this recipe! The only thing I did different was I cooked the chicken in a wok first. It added a nice flavor. I also added some cilantro.
