These came out perfect , I was a little scared reading some of the reviews but these were yummy , tasty and easy to make. I cant see ppl having problems with this recipe i ran out of butter and used margerine and it still came out great.

Egusi Soup

very good recipe, I use Egusi seeds and palm oil i have a African market about a hour away . also magi cubes cant live without magi .. I also boil my meat first using the water from the meat to make my stock . I love west African food which is good since my husband is Nigerian .

Mom's Zucchini Bread

If I could give this 10 stars I would. It is amazing and moist i only use this recipe as it is the best.. I also get tons of compliments saying this is the best zucchini bread so keep recipe copys around cause u will get asked . The only thing i changed to suit my tastes are 1/2 cup applesauce in place of oil and i use 2 cups spelt flour in place of all P but it is yummy just the way it is written.

Salsa Guacamole

What was I thinking... First I thought oh how easy .. boy I was wrong the taste is not for me tasted not fresh and guacamole should be fresh for me to make a good guacamole you need tomato and cilantro plus lime juice and real garlic I know this now .

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
