Lazygirl's Ground Turkey Stroganoff

AMAZING!!! I love to cook and of course I changed a few things up, including, adding mushrooms, sweet onion, can of campbells mushroom garlic and a can of cream of chicken and mushrooms. I also didnt have any sour cream though it doesnt call for it, mixed flour and milk for that extra creamy taste!! I seasoned the meat while it was cooking of course to ensure it held in the flavor. Very good, warm and fuzzy meal!!

Chicken Tortilla Casserole

Original reciepe SOUPY!! Watch out!! Really need to reduce the liquid! I would do it almost in half. Or add more tortillas. Otherwise very flavorful and a for sure comfort food!

Scalloped Potatoes I

Really Yumm!! I changed it up a tad and it was fantastic!! I used yukon golds about 8. I did 1cn of nacho cheese, 1cn of cream of mushroom/garlic, 1cn of cream of celery. I did an even sprinkle of bread crumbs with about a half hour to go. Plus of course the cheese that it calls for!! Great!!!
