Very good. Modified based in what I had. Cooked chopped onion (1/2 of a large white onion) in the olive oil in a skillet until soft then added a large red pepper, celery, and garlic, about 4 gloves. Put all in slow cooker and added 1 can of each- black beans, garbanzo, pinto, and red kidney. Added 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes.cooked on low for about 3 hrs then added 1 can crn and kept on low for about 2 more hrs For spices I used 1/4 cup chili powder as called for, oregano as called for, salt and pepper to taste and about 2 tsp cumin. I did not have the chile peppers or jalapeño peppers that the recipe called for or the veg burger crumbles but I thought it was really good with the ingredients I used. Lots of flavor!!
