China Lake Barbequed Steak
Fantastic recipe, even if you cannot marinate for a long time. A couple hours will still make for a juicy meal.

Veal Scaloppini with Lemon Cream Sauce
This is my new favorite recipe from this site - and that is saying a lot. It reminds me of a dish I get at our local Italian Restaurant. Since I'm not a huge Veal fan, I used Chicken Breasts, which I pounded very thin. I added about 1/2 tsp. of Lemon Zest, as well as parsley at the very end. I served over Angel Hair Pasta and the reviews from the family were over-the-top.

Cracker Candy
I am constantly amazed at the reaction I get whenever I make this candy - EVERYONE loves it! It is so fun to see the reactions from people when they realize it is made from regular saltine crackers. It is quick, it is easy, and you will be a rock star. I make it exactly as written.
