Oven Beef Stew

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2010
My husband does not like beef stew but he told me i out did myself on this stew and had to servings! I calculated the recipe for 6 servings and made it as described except I used beef broth instead of water and I added a little Worcestershire sauce. That is the little something the recipe is missong. Great comfort food! YUM

Spooky Witches' Fingers

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2009
These are GREAT!! I took the advice of others and added more sugar. I just kept adding spoon fulls on top of the 1 cup till the dough tasted sweet. I also added more flour by the spoon fulls till I had a stiff dough and could roll the fingers by hand easily with out wax paper. I baked for only 9 min and they look awesome. Can't wait to take them to the party tomorrow!!

Killer Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
fool proof cheesecake!! So yummy too! I made this and doubled the recipe and put it in a 9x13 pan. I didnt know how long to bake it so i did a huge no no with cheese cakes and poked it with a knife and it craked....no problem, just cover it with the sour cream frosting and it looks perfect!! I will add a spoonful of cherries when i serve each piece. This is a keeper...look no further!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2006
These are to die for!! Turned out wonderful and so moist. I used frozen berries and you would never know. The recipe makes alot of topping but i used it all and just piled it on as high as it would go. Im glad i did because when the muffins cook and the top rises up real high, all the topping spreads out to the perfect amount. These will be a regular at my house for sure!!

Hunter Style Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2006
I was hesitant to make this recipe but i had chicken thighs i didnt know what to do with. Well, it turned out great and very good flavor...I will make this one of my regulars! Great recipe for cheap cuts of chicken. I added green pepper to give more color and it was good! I also thickened the sauce alittle with flour water.

Cinnamon Raisin Swirl Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2006
Yummy!! Very easy! Next time I will add cinnamon to the dough. I made 2 loaves and both were really small even after rising double...maybe next time i will only use one 9x5 pan to get that big puffed top on the bread.

Thai Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 6, 2002
I was looking forward to this recipe; unfortunately it was way too salty and went right to the trash! The recipe has potential and I will try it again using less soy sauce.
