I'm the guy in the photo. I love to eat and realized in college that I needed to learn to cook in order to get what I want to eat!
My favorite things to cook
Soup (one that I'm known for)Anything Italian, Pasta & Pasta, Cajun, Desert (Bread Pudding's Cheesecakes,Chocolate Moose),
My favorite family cooking traditions
We always have Thanksgiving which is one of the harder meals to put out. We start with a traditional Soup that I only make once a year and is in my recipe box(great for this day). A lot of cool cheeses and meats from PA MAC in the Strip district, Deep Fried and Oven Baked Turkey, 2-3 kinds of great stuffings, veggies and rotating great deserts. Everyone always tells us to make less food but when it's over we have no leftovers? The Answer...they come with bags filled with plastic leftover containers fill them and leave with all the left overs.
