Beer Margaritas
Delish but kick a--! 1st time drinkers beware if made to exact recipe....I slightly "water" it down an extra beer and 1/4 cup Triple Sec or G. Marnier..Seriously tho add more water or sprite after to taste...Enjoy!

Paleo Omelet Muffins
Great recipe but I changed the serving from 8 (shown) to 12 and it gives me 24 eggs? I think the original serving size must be set for 4...maybe needs to be fixed?

Ex-Girlfriend's Mom's Salsa Fresca (Pico de Gallo)
IF you have any Salsa Fresca leftover the next day, use it in scrambling eggs. Just throw into heated frypan, no oil, let it heat and add whisked eggs with milk. Delish...can add cheese on top when almost done, if you like..Beats making Huevos MX....
