About this Cook
I'm a beginner at cooking, and a teen health nut. I view food as a cultural, artistic, and everlasting hobbie that is shared by everyone all over the world. I'm very active, and staying healthy is very important; food is just one of the many ways I stay fit and happy. I can gaze at photography of cuisine creations for hours on end, and cooking or baking them only makes it better!
My favorite things to cook
I love baking more than anything. I seem to have a strong suit for quick breads, cakes, barks, and cookies. (and those are the simplest of things to bake) Also, for being self taught, I've been complimented on my stirfry creations and grilling capabilities many many times! I always come up with healthier, yet tasty, alternatives to classic recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Over holidays, the best time of splurges and family, my grandmother has always made apple, cherry, banana cream... (or any other type of pie known to humans) from scratch!
My cooking triumphs
Any time I bring a lunch to school, and people ask what I made because NO ONE have the same thing. That's almost everyday!!! But other than that, I have printed off hundreds of recipes from this website, and of all the ones I've tried, Too Much Chocolate Cake, was the best cake I have ever made. Everyone demolished it within a couple minutes, and recommended I make it again.
My cooking tragedies
Splattering the walls with whatever I'm mixing or creating a bland meal never fun.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
I baked this recipe as a one giant cookie-pizza, and as cookies; like the recipe calls. These are the light and soft. The vanilla pudding reallly accents the cookie and brings great flavor to the traditional chocolate chip cookie! Make 'em! they'll be gone within no time!
