This recipe is good and I love the idea/concept behind it. I was more or so looking for a base recipe for some stuffed chicken. I hate when people change the recipe, so I did try it as per recipe except for pounding and rolling the chicken instead of bookstyle and it was okay. There was something missing with the filling. The breading was great. What would make the recipe awesome, would be to soften the creamcheese a little and add shredded cheddar, some garlic salt (needs salt!!). Mix the filling together and the add to the chicken. Most of my cheddar came out and left just the cream cheese- which seemed bland since there were no seasonings at all inside, all of it is for the breading! Great starter recipe, to add new things and try your own variations.
