Chinese Chicken Fried Rice II
I would give it five stars after some of the tweaking I did but the recipe itself was a bit bland. I used brown rice, added a half a bag of thawed mixed veggies and about a teaspoon of sesame oil. My dish needed way more than the amount of soy sauce indicated on here but that's a taste preference. I also agree with others that you could use less pepper too. I will make this again for sure though!

Pasta Primavera with Italian Turkey Sausage
I was really happy with the flavors in this dish. I usuall modify most recipes on here but didn't at all with this one. I didn't have enough fresh basil for what the recipe calls for and could have probably used a bit more of that but otherwise I loved the lighness of the dish with that spicy bite with the meat. It will be a new "go-to" pasta dish for us!

Slow-Cooker Corned Beef and Cabbage
This was good but I have to say that I don't like the beer flavor in there because the veggies soaked up too much of that flavor and gave it a bit of a funny taste. Next time I would use a similar recipe that doesn't call for beer (or maybe as much beer).
