Apple Crumb Pie
This recipe is so delicious, and definitely one of the best apple pie's I tried. I did double the crumb topping as others have done. I found it just wasn't enough for me, I like my pie to be totally covered with crumbs. the only issue I did have (and maybe I should give it 4 stars for this) is it was a little to watery. I made the pie on an evening, and didn't cut into it until the next day afternoon, and still found it to be runny. So it did have plenty of time to cool off. But with that being said the taste was still out of this world. I think next time, I will try to use a little more flour in the pie mix to solve the problem.

Japanese Chicken Wings
This receipe is fantastic. The whole family loved it. The kids even asked me to make it again for them. I think the next time I make it I am going to use cut up chicken breast instead of wings. Will definatley make again. The only substitue I did was use low sodium soy, instead of regular soy.

Sweet and Gooey Chicken Wings
I can't take credit for this as my friend told me about this recipe on this site, and the chicken wings are outstanding. However, I made a few adjustments. First instead of using a 1/2 a cup of soy sauce that the recipe calls for (which is too saltly), I used 1/4 cup of low sodium soy sauce. I also used 1/2 a cup of brown sugar instead of the 1/4 cup of brown that the recipe calls for. In addition to the recipe I added 1 big squirt of Heinz ketchup to the mix (about a 2 sec. squirt). The wings are great. No need to marinate for 4hrs unless you want to. I've marinated for as little as 1 1/2 hours and it was perfect. Definitely will make again, great for appetizers, superbowl parties, etc.
