I'm 36 & a single mom of a darling baby girl.I've been cooking since I was 9.My mom taught me how to fry an egg & bake bread @ age 9,I experimented from there to learn new foods to make ,Grandmother gave me a set of international cookbooks @ 17 and I used them alot.Never be afraid of a new recipe,it's just an new world waiting to be tasted.

tandoori chicken,rarely can I afford the saffron to make this dish properly ingredient wise,and I lack a Tandoor(clay oven).1st time I made it ,it was too salty & looked like pepto bismal.lol.
