Sesame Noodles

Reviewed: Oct. 4, 2014
Family loved it. Made this twice in one week. First time I used rice noodles and the second time made with spaghetti noodles. Both tasted amazing.

Chocolate-Banana Graham Refrigerator Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 25, 2012
This is surprisingly good and so simple to make. Great for a lower calorie desert, or light desert on a hot day. I have made this twice at the request of my family. Here are a few tips, use a spatula to spread the mixture on the graham crackers it goes on more evenly that with a knife or spoon. Make the pudding layers thick, because most of the moisture will be absorbed into the graham cracker. It really needs to sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Also, experiment with different flavored graham crackers, I used gingerbread graham crackers the second time around and it made a slight change in the taste that was equally as good. The banana in this didnt really stand out, so I skipped it on the second one. What I noticed was that the first one was more moist so I think maybe the banana helps with that. I may also experiment with different flavored puddings when I make this again.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
My family loves this cake. We are not vegan, just didnt have any eggs on hand to make a regular cake and tried this recipe instead. This is now our new favorite cake. I've make it 5 times and it always turns out perfect. Also, I would say its just as easy to make as a packaged cake mix and better for you.

Apple Cake I

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2010
Easy to make and delicious. Great way to use up apples. I used Gala apples and they baked perfect. The cake is very moist, probably because of so much oil. We served this with vanilla ice cream, but I thought it really tasted better on its own. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Blueberry Pie

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2010
The pie was super easy to make. It turned out great, my friends and family loved it. I forgot to add butter, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly as stated and didnt change anything. One thing I would mention is that you need to let this pie cool for at least two hours before serving or the juice will be very runny. The longer the pie cools, the easier it is to slice without being a gooey mess. Love this pie and will definatley be making alot more pie this summer.

Chocolate Mice

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2009
These were easy to shape and they look good. For the tails I rolled caramel candy which looked very realistic and also resembled worms until attaching them. The taste is ok, although I would prefer if they were just a little more sweet.
