Clone of a Cinnabon

This recipe was really easy and I think they turned out the way they were supposed to, but a "clone of Cinnabon" they were not. I completely covered them with a thick layer of frosting and still had leftover.

Pizza Dough I

Simple. I didn't want to leave the house today and my kids wanted pizza. Not wanting to leave the house limited my ingredients. So this recipe was PERFECT! I made it just as the recipe says, topped it with fixings, put it in the oven and hoped it was at least edible. And it was! My son said it was better than his usual pizza place, and my husband liked it better than the quick french bread pizza I usually make. I won't be serving it to company, but it's perfect for a quick weeknight meal.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I made this recipe and the Libby's pumpkin pie recipe so I could compare and see which one is better. This one was by far a better pie! One of the reviews said this recipe was too sweet so I tried the other one in case. The pie made with this recipe was devoured, and the other one only sampled to compare. The votes are in and this is a winner!

Apple Crisp IV

I made this exactly as the recipes is presented and it is the BEST! No kidding. I consider myself to be a pretty good baker, but my husband doesn't seem to LOVE anything I make,but he devoured almost the entire pan. Take the time to mix the butter in really well, that's the key! Best served hot with ice cream, or cold with coffee.

Banana Banana Bread

This is the best banana bread I have ever had!! Sorry mom:) I added about 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon. My husband even liked it, and that's saying a lot.

Iced Coffee

This is wonderful! I used cold coffee from this morning instead of instant. And it turned out better than I had imagined. I did it just like the recipe instructed, but you could add or substitute almost anything. I

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

**I noticed someone else commented that it was runny. The instructions say whisk in "whipped cream". You have to whip the cream before you add it to the cream cheese mixture. Anyhow, I am always a little uncertain about no bake desserts. But this one is every bit as good as any baked cheesecake that calls for 30 different ingredients. It's as good, as it is simple.
