Simply Divine Meat Loaf with Spinach

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
I used ground turkey instead of beef. It was the tastiest, moistest meatloaf ever! My friends and I had seconds and thirds until no leftovers remained. Also, I topped with sliced tomatoes and fresh oregano for a lil extra touch. Next time I will probably add more spinach, though.

Acorn Squash Gnocchi with Parmesan Sage Beurre Blanc

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
This requires time and patience (and way more white flour than called for), but it's fun, tasty and satisfying. I wanted a creamier sauce so I served this with "Creamy Sage Butter Sauce."

Creamy Sage Butter Sauce

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2009
I served this over acorn squash gnocci. Delicious! I used half the butter and started with a rue for extra creamy thickness. Also added fresh parm at the end. I will definitely make this again.

I used mozzarella and parmesan since I had no chedder. My boyfriend loved it and he doesn't usually like eggs!

Chocolate Banana Bread Pudding

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
This was a hit with my man and my friends when I made it a week ago. Based on others' reviews, I cut the sugar in half and added extra chocolate (hershey bar chunks). Great hot! Great cold!

Trish's Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
Easy and tasty! I like my casseroles pretty creamy so I used less noodles and a touch more milk. Also, I had no canned veggies, but was happy to saute onion and steam some carrots instead. Also, I used homemade garlic basil bread crumbs.
