Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
Great recipe! I did 1 cup pumpkin and used applesauce instead of oil and 1 cup white flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour and added walnuts instead of chocolate chips....kinda changed a lot, but was really just looking for pumpkin muffin recipe base didn't care for chocolate chips, but i'm sure is yummy! :) fyi don't use cupcake papers the muffins stick to it and rips off bottom :(

Almond Shortbread I

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2010
I followed the recipe as is and when I took my dough out of fridge it was a rock I was mad, but then instead if throwing it out I put in mirowave for 1 min. thank god it was useable again! I made two logs rolled one in red sugar other one in green sugar and just sliced them looks nice (I wanted to roll out and cut with cookie cutter, but didn't want to mess to much). They look and smell nice love with tea in the morning :)

Green Punch

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
Liked this recipe, but I didn't use any sugar and I would recomend straining out the pulp. FYI I used dry ice and it didn't make the punch taste funny at all just nice and cold and it was a great affect too! I was afraid to put down my garbage disposial so I let it sit in my punch bowl over night till it melted plus I was afraid to touch it. Hope that helps some :)

Candy Corn Bark

Easy recipe doesn't take long all! I used a cookie sheet which i think is to big and I didn't use raisins and my grocery store ran out of Halloween stuffed Oreos so I used the original and bought 16oz white chocolate and 8oz orange color chocolate (vanilla flavor) Looks festive! Picture to come when done :)

Braided Egg Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 22, 2010
So I made this for Easter cause I didn't have enough eggs for another bread and it came out great I doubled the recipe for 2 loaves and they came out great (except that it was 82 degrees that day so one loaf didn't braid that well got sticky) I also used cinnamon on top cause I don't keep poppy seeds often. Everyone loved it and they didn't believe that I made it lol

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 23, 2009
Finally made this pumpkin bread after reading all reviews and looking at it for three days lol. I did leave out the oil and used cinnamon applesauce(more spice the better!) and used two cups of sugar three did seem like a lot I also used 5 mini bread loafs at 350 for 50 mins still cooking, but will let you know how it turned out! OMG turned out awesome smells so good in here too :) mini loaf pans worked great good for gifts too if you don't have a lot of money and a huge family just wrap decorative plastic wrap around and tie with ribbon or slap a bow on top!
