Dill Cucumber Dip
Everyone LOVED this dip! Great way to use up extra cucumbers from the garden. We had this on crackers and veggies. I added a little bit more dill weed than the recipe called for and used HOT chili powder instead of hot sauce, and I thought it was perfect! * * I found that the easiest way to slice up and seed the cucumbers was to cut them in quarters lengthwise, so they're shaped like pickle spears. Then, run a knife along the top of each spear to trim away the seeds. * *

Buffalo Chicken Fingers
SO simple and delicious! I made the same amount of breading, flour, and egg mixtures but had enough for 6 breast halves. Also, I like a bit more SPICE! So, once they were done cooking, I tossed these chicken fingers in a mixture on 1/3 cup melted margarine and 1/2 cup Frank's HOT sauce. Absolutely DELICIOUS! My favorite way to eat these it to wrap them with lettuce inside a whole wheat tortilla and dip in ranch/bleu cheese dressing-YUM! Thanks SO much for the great recipe! Definitely a keeper :)

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
This recipe was simple, and it's hard to mess up chicken so I gave it 4 stars. There are a few reasons that it's not a 5: First, it took a bit more than just 1 egg yolk to make enough marinade. I used 3 egg yolks for 4 breast halves. Second, this recipe made WAY more breading than I actually needed. I think it would've been sufficient for 12 breast halves. I will consider making this dish again, since it was rather tasty. However, I'll definitely adjust the ingredients.
