Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
A few changes: Coated the chicken in flour Cut soy sauce amount in half and replaced it with oyster sauce Added 1 extra tsp of hot sauce (Sriracha) Cut out the ginger root and added more garlic (not a big fan of ginger)

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Turned out great with a few adjustments. I added a few other vegetables; including corn and potatoes. I didn't measure any of the vegetables and just eyed it to my liking. I cooked the potatoes and chicken together first, added the water, along with some chicken bouillon (about 1 tsp) and then added the remaining vegetables later because it takes less time for them to cook. For the liquid mixture, I added a little more salt than the recipe calls for and also added an extra 1/4 cup of broth and 1/3 cup of milk. The chicken mixture could be added into the liquid mixture once it thickens and poured into the pie crust all together. I also made my own pie dough, which was super easy. Just mix together 1 1/2 cups of flour, 1/2 cup of butter, and 1 tsp of salt with a fork. Make sure the butter is cold. Then once the dough is crumbly, slowly add in about 1/2 cup of ice cold water (you may use a little less) until the dough stays together, but isn't too wet. I refrigerated my dough for 2 hours before rolling it out. Yum!
