I live in beautiful leafy Somerset in England. My Fella and I own a New/secondhand bookshop, my fella is also a tree Surgeon and also owns a tree surgery firm. We both adore gardening and own our own field where we grow our own veg.

My cooking tragedies
I once made Stifado. 6 and a half hours of Marinating, 4 hours in the oven and half an hour on the hob to thicken it up. It smelt gorgeous and looked gorgeous. When we ate it we found the meat was off. This is sooooo weired because it didn't smell bad when i bought it from the butchers, in fact it smelt fine. I don't understand to this day why this was but it was such a shame. Oh well the veg i served with it were nice.:O(
