Bone-In Ham Cooked in Beer

Absolutely wonderful! My husband isn't a big fan of ham and he insisted that I make this at least once a month. The ham was so tender and flavourful. The leftovers were fantastic and tender too, even after reheat.

Quick Ziti with Swiss Cheese and Ham

It tasted great where the cheese was but for some reason my cheese would not melt properly. It led to disappointment with my family.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

This recipe was amazing. The only change I made was I used half the salt. I'll be making this bread often. The loaf only lasted 15 minutes before it was all gone. Everyone loved it.

Banana Banana Bread

My family thought it was passable but nothing special. I didn't like it at all though. In fact, this was the first time I had a banana bread that I didn't like because it's my favourite dessert bread. I found it to be bland, even with the additions of cinnamon, nutmeg, etc. I won't be making this recipe again.

Traditional White Bread

This recipe is fantastic! This was my first time making bread without a bread machine and it turned out lovely! I covered the bread with aluminum foil as it baked so the top wouldn't brown too much. I removed the foil for the last 7 minutes and brushed the top with melted butter. The bread came out crusty and flaky on the outside with exactly the right density on the inside (light without being too light and just dense enough to be perfect). I used the recipe exactly as it stated but I halved it because I only wanted to make a single loaf. The bread was a HUGE hit in the house. I served it with our dinner and between my husband, my 5 year old daughter and myself, we ate almost the entire loaf with only 2 slices leftover. They are already begging me to make another loaf! I saw a few reviews saying they cut the salt down. Honestly, you don't need to. The bread wasn't at all salty. It was absolutely perfect!
