Plum Jam
Didn't set for me. Also, I cut back the sugar to 6 cups (possibly why it didn't set correctly) but it is WAY too sweet. I don't know if it's because I used half purple plums, half yellow plums? If I ever make plum jam again though, I'll look for the low sugar/no sugar pectin instead.
