Marrakesh Vegetable Curry
I had nearly all of these ingredients in my fridge & was trying to find something to make with them before they went bad; stumbled across this & it's very good! my only issue was that the sweet potato must not have been cut small enough b/c it took forever to cook relative to everything else in the pot.

Plum Jam
Didn't set for me. Also, I cut back the sugar to 6 cups (possibly why it didn't set correctly) but it is WAY too sweet. I don't know if it's because I used half purple plums, half yellow plums? If I ever make plum jam again though, I'll look for the low sugar/no sugar pectin instead.

Blackberry Jam
This makes excellent jam! I've only ever made jelly/jam with pectin, so I admit I was a little nervous at first not putting it in. However, the cornstarch thickened it up nicely and the pectin wasn't necessary at all! The only thing I changed was I left out the allspice because I didn't have any.
