Pizza Dough II
With a few changes this recipe works. I skipped the whole wheat flour, used a full 7 cups of all-purpose flour (I didn't have any bread flour on hand) and added about a half tablespoon garlic powder. When kneading the dough, I had to add quite a bit of flour as it was VERY sticky. Be generous with the oil during the rising process, which took about 2 hours to double. I used for calzones & it worked just fine.

Banana Banana Bread
Followed recipe with addition of a bit of cinnamon and some vanilla (I didn't measure, sorry) and it was moist and flavorful. I might have been generous with the bananas as I didn't measure those either. If you like a little texture you may want to add chopped nuts.

Chicken Marsala
Delicious! My few changes: I used almost 2cups of baby Bella mushrooms. I was making an asparagus dish on the side that called for bacon sprinkled on it, so - not wanting to be wasteful- I used the same pan, with the leftover bacon fat instead of butter. I cooked the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until just done & then set it aside. I cooked the mushrooms in the remaining bit of bacon fat & added the Marsala wine. I skipped the sherry. I wish I had more sauce & next time I will certainly double it somehow. After it cooked down just a little, I spooned it over the chicken. Every one loved it, including a 12 yr old & 92 yr old. Mmmmmm.
