I made this recipe twice. The first time using a half batch- which was a big sticky mess. Before I tried it a second time I searched the Internet for a suitable alternative. I discovered almost all sugar cookies follow this same exact recipe. The ingredient amounts might vary, but it's all the same thing. I decided to give it another go, making the whole recipe and using 2 tsp vanilla and 1 tsp banana ( 1 tsp smelt very powerful, but next time I'll use 2). They turned out great the second time.
