Beefaroni

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2011
I did what some others did I added chopped garlic, onions, and Italian seasonings into the ground beef while cooking, after I added the sauce it was delicious! I used only half of the pasta recipe called for which was enough. I added the cheese before I putting into the oven. I regret putting the pasta and meat mixture into the oven because it dried out the dish. Next time I'll just make Beefaroni on the stove and leave it at that.

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
Delicious!! I did what some of the others did I added chopped onion & garlic, bread crumbs. I seasoned the meat with seasonings & used a little less amount of 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce so the mixture won't have a lot of liquid & cooked on the stove in a pan. I have made these several times so flavorful, love them!

Beef or Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
I can't believe I did not rate this delicious recipe and I've already made it about 5 times. I don't even measure I just add in more of the ingredients that I like the most which are a lot more cut up scallions, more honey, garlic powder, ginger & black pepper and it tastes even better!

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2010
My 1st time cooking a turkey and I did not even use stuffing and the turkey was delicious. I took some to work and my coworker even asked how did I get it so moist. I put a lot of butter between the breast & skin of the turkey. Instead of minced onion I used onion and garlic powder, seasoning & parsley all over the top & sides of the turkey while the chicken broth was in the bottom of the pan and occasionally baste the turkey but kept the turkey covered the entire cooking time and the turkey was a golden brown.

Parmesan Asparagus

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
Love this recipe, even my teenage daughter love this. I always use fresh garlic instead of garlic salt. I didn't cook the asparagus too long because I love mine crunchy.

Orange Juice Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2010
Didn't care for the orange juice to flavor this chicken. I'll try the orange marmalade next time instead.
