Best Spanish Rice

Wow....I just made it exactly as indicated...I will NEVER buy boxed spanish rice again....The flavor is wonderful and the fluffyness is exceptional...Prepared with ground turkey enchiladas....Thanks for Recipe!

Broccoli Cheese Soup VII

Great soup. Made today and i really enjoyed it. Kinda tates like Quizno's. I also added onion to it for more flavor and used additional bouillon.

Fried Butterflied Shrimp

I loved them. Had been looking for shrimp that was simple and tasteful. The only change I made was add a 1/4 teaspoon of salt and black pepper to batter.
