Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies
Don't cook these at 400 for 12-15 minutes! My first batch was over-done at 12 minutes. I lowered my temp to 375 and my time to 10 minutes. I like a cookie to be slightly soft. These were delicious with the adjusted cooking time/temp. My modifications - used half brown sugar, half white. Also used Reese's pieces instead of chocolate chips. I probably wouldn't do that again as the color came off the candy. Regular choc chips would be better.

Tantalizing Turkey and Blue Cheese Meatballs
I've been a member of AR for years. It's my go-to source for recipes. Not often have I felt compelled to rate a recipe, but this one is *ridiculously* GOOD. Read the helpful hints from others. My only modifications were a little more bread crumbs, the mixture was pretty wet. (I added about 1/4 cup.) And less pepper. I used 1 TEASPOON, not tablespoon. Be sure to spray your foil with cooking spray. That's it. These. Are. Awesome. And easy. I'll make these from now on!

Best Peanut Sauce
At the very last minute, I was looking for something to jazz up some chicken and broccoli. This was wonderful, and don't be afraid to modify! I used less PB, brown sugar instead of white, a smidgen of balsamic vinegar, a little powdered ginger and some crushed red pepper flakes. Next time I would add more garlic, maybe some lime juice. Fun to play with. I would think you could make a batch ahead and stick it in the frig for next time. We served ours over thin spaghetti. Really good.
