MMMMM good. I cooked a whole ton of this and ate it over whole wheat spaghetti every night for a week and didn't even get sick of it! The only slight change I made was to use the "italian style" diced tomatoes that include some herbs and then add a little extra seasoning (dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, I think) while cooking. Very delish, chicken was so juicy, and sauce was tangy and wonderful. I am a big fan of balsamic, so I loved the tart flavor. Will definitely make again.
