White Turkey Chili
Very tasty. We recommend stirring in fresh salsa when serving for some contrasting textures. Also, I only included about half of the jalapeno seeds (but all of the actual pepper flesh) and it was still quite spicy, especially the next day after the flavors had a chance to develop.

Chicken Costa Brava
This unlikely set of ingredients leads to a totally satisfying dish - the combo of sweet, spicy, tangy, and salty is perfect. I stirred in about 2 tbsp of nonfat sour cream at the end of cooking to thicken and I liked the creamier sauce.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
MMMMM good. I cooked a whole ton of this and ate it over whole wheat spaghetti every night for a week and didn't even get sick of it! The only slight change I made was to use the "italian style" diced tomatoes that include some herbs and then add a little extra seasoning (dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, pepper, I think) while cooking. Very delish, chicken was so juicy, and sauce was tangy and wonderful. I am a big fan of balsamic, so I loved the tart flavor. Will definitely make again.
