All Day Apple Butter
I made this apple butter with 5 lb. Gala & 1 Ganny Smith (because I needed to use it) apples. I used 2 cups brown sugar & 2 cups white. I had whole cloves pressed in a garlic press & I think I used a tad too much. After cooking the apple butter, I blended it in the blender. I filled 12 .5 Pint jars an inch from the top & put them in a boiling bath for 30 min. It is DELICIOUS! & Relatively painless in the CROCK POT! Excellent Recipe! I will make this again! Thanks for sharing!!!!
