I have made this recipe many times. It is so easy. I do not add all of the salt that it calls for and I have tried many of the variations suggested in other reviews. It always comes out well and I have shared the recipe with many people. I freeze most of it in cup-size containers and use it to make breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese wrapped in flour tortillas. I have the tortillas divided in small packages in the freezer and can make these with very little notice using the microwave to thaw out the frozen items. Be careful to thaw the tortillas at a very low setting so they do not become tough.
