Lana's Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Wow! that was great. I've tried to make sweet and sour sauce before, and never really succeeded. My husband isn't a fan of ground beef, so next time I'll try it with chicken or pork. I followed the suggestion of others, and changed the ratio of sauce to meatballs. I made half the meatballs, and the same amount of sauce, and the proportions were perfect. Will definitely make this again!

Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

The only reason I give this 3 stars, is that the dough was really yummy. The cookies were really flat (and I cooled the dough in the fridge first).

Brown Bean Chowder

Great basic meal. I did add some cumin and oregano, and left out some of the chili powder for the kids. My husband said it reminded him of a Dominican Repulican beans dish that is served with rice and chicken (instead of ground beef)

Cheese Fondue

This tasted just like the Fondue I used to eat in Switzerland! Awesome. Dont' worry if the cheese doesn't thicken up while it's melting. It will thicken up as soon as you add the flour
