Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake
This recipe was sooo easy. This was my first Thanksgiving with my boyfriend and his extended family, and they said that my dessert was the best out of all of them! I did use 1 tablespoon of vanilla instead of the 1/2 teaspoon that the recipe calls for. It also needed to be baked 10 minutes longer in my oven, but otherwise, I didn't change anything. I will definitely make this again.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
This recipe was sooooo easy. I'm terrible at baking, but these cookies were so incredibly easy to make. I did as others mentioned and added the extra vanilla. I also added white chocolate chips, which were wonderful. I froze some of the leftover batter and made about 50 cookies. My dad, boyfriend, and sister's boyfriend devoured them ALL within 2 days. The best part is that they were still soft the next day.
