Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

A great cookie! Made them with mint chocolate chips mixed with regular chocolate chips and they were a hit. Next time I'm going to try using mint extract.

Apple Chicken Stir Fry

It's ok. Has great potential but is very plain. I added soya sauce to the rice and sweet & sour to the stir fry and I still found it bland.

Best Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2009
I personally am not a fan of tuna casserole, so I made it for my husband and he loved it! It was my first attempt at a tuna casserole and it was a hit. He doesn't like mushrooms so I left them out and used cream of celery instead. He also really loves cheese so I probably used close to 4 cups of cheese. I left out the chips because I didn't have any. My husband really, really loved it!

Sugar Cookie Frosting

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
Great recipe! I loved how it dried hard enough to stack the cookies, but still soft enough inside to be creamy. Very sweet, but I made it with a pretty un-sweet cookie, so it balanced out well. I did find that 5 tbsps of milk wasn't enough, so I basically just pour little bits of milk from the carton as I went along. I stopped when I had the consistency I wanted so I don't know exactly how much it took. I also liked the way it coloured with my colouring gels. It held a really nice vibrant colour.

Melt In Your Mouth Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I loved these cookies! I cut back both sugars to 3/4 each and they turned out perfect - not too sweet with a perfect peanut butter taste! I'm terrible with a cookie press and I wasn't able to get mine to work, so I just rolled them into balls, flattened them with a fork and topped them with a few chocolate chips. Yummy!
