I would give this a 10 if I could. This is absolutely the best Apple Pie recipe I have ever tried. I have had it in my recipe box since 2009 and have made it at least 15 times. I follow the directions as written. My mother-in-law even asked for it!

Amazingly Easy Irish Soda Bread

Very easy to make. This was my first attempt at Irish Soda Bread. I have never tried soda bread before so I have nothing to compare the taste to. My mother-in-law loved it so that says a lot.

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

This was my first attempt at Corned Beef and Cabbage and it was fantastic! I took the advice of some of the previous reviewers and used beef broth instead of water to cook the corned beef in. I pulled the briskit out of the broth and let it sit for an hour while the veggies cooked then put it back in to rewarm. You could cut he meat with a fork. I will be making this again.

Mike's Drunken Mussels

Fantastic!! Very good recipe. The tequila and lime add a great touch to this very easy recipe. We left out the Cilantro only because I do not like that flavor.

Heavenly Halibut

I have made this 5 times already. It is a big hit in my house. Very easy to put together and makes the Halibut we caught in Alaska extra special when we serve it to out family and friends.

White Bread For The Bread Machine

This was my first time successfully baking with my newly aquired bread maker. I did not have the directions so I "winged" it. This recipe was a great place to start using the bread maker. The next time, I will be looking for some additional flavor.

Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake II

I made this for Christmas dinner and still have 7/8 of the cake left. It seemed way too sweet for our liking. None of my guests liked it either.

Gingerbread Pear Cake

The Cake turned out OK. I should have used the pan specified in the directions. The cake needs to be eaten within a few days of baking.

Curry Pumpkin Soup

This soup was great. I have never had Pumpkin soup and I found this one and thought I'd try it. I added a sweet onion. I served it over rice with soy sauce. I will make this again. I left out the pumpkin seeds. Fast and Easy to make.
