I followed the recipe pretty well. I already had 2 c. shredded, cooked chicken so I combined the chicken, 1 head fresh broccoli, and the rest of the ingredients + another 1/8 tsp of curry. I covered this with cheddar cheese and tightly covered it with foil and baked at 350' for about 30 minutes until bubbling. Cover rice with mixture. Very good.

Alfredo Sauce

I loved this sauce! It was very easy and I actually tried it out when I was taking food to someone who had been sick... they thought it was great!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

We loved these ribs and they turned out great! Just like another reviewer, we used Sweet Ray's BBQ sauce instead of ketchup (I used still about 1/4 cup still for sweetness). You cannot mess these up and I would make these for company too!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

Great! The five stars came from--everything was in my pantry already. It was a great soup that was quick when I was having a friend coming over and working late that day. Like others, I added 1/2 tsp of cumin, 1/2 tsp of chili powder, one clove of garlic. I also did not rinse the black beans, but I thought it gave it a great taste. Serve with chips, sour cream and cheese.
