Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This is the BEST pizza sauce to have on hand! We have used it for homemade pizza and also for pizza wraps for school lunches - everyone loves this - thanks so much for sharing!

Penne with Spicy Vodka Tomato Cream Sauce

Absolutely delicious! I made no changes to the recipe as written. Once the sauce is tossed with the pasta (i think a few reviewers may not have done that?) the sauce is "soaked" into the pasta. Served family style with italian bread and a Caesar salad - awesome! The only change I will make next time is to add another sweet sausage link. Just our personal preference.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

Absolutely perfect! Typically I do not alter recipes before making as originally written but, I did this time. I used the pineapple juice for the liquid in the cake mix and added in a touch (1/4c or maybe a little less) of Captain Morgan's spiced rum. I increased the butter to 1 1/2 c. This was amazingly delicious!!

Curried Cashew, Pear, and Grape Salad

We are always looking for different salads to eat and this one was just perfect. I shook my head when I saw the ingredients for the cashews but I followed to a "T" and they were amazing! Dressing was perfect. Thanks for sharing this recipe - will definitely be having over and over again!

Grilled Fish Tacos with Chipotle-Lime Dressing

Absolutely amazing! We love spice so the dressing was spot on for us. We did mix the cabbage and dressing together and it was perfect for us. We used cod for the fish, grilled whole and then "chunked" it. Thanks so much for sharing - this has definitely made our monthly menu rotation!

Honey-Glazed Chinese Chicken

Made as is and very tasty - great marinade. We would like the skin a little crispier so next time may turn the oven to broil for a few minutes before pulling out to crisp up a bit. All in all great recipe and thanks for sharing!

Lebanese Donair

We will try this one more time but the first time not so good. Individually, most was good - the parsley mix was fantastic and light. The marinated meat was delicious after cooking BUT my Tahini "dressing" didn't turn out at all. I have worked with Tahini MANY times so I am quite familiar with it. My "dressing" after following the recipe to a T was a paste. We had to spread it on the flatbread with a knife and then the meat, parsley mixture and tomatoes. Not sure what happened as I followed the directions. Oh well, we will try again and if more successful will definitely update.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Absolutely fantastic! I made NO changes to the recipe. This family LOVES spicy and this soup had just the right amount. You really shouldn't skip topping it with cheese and most definitely the sour cream - it's a great balance to the spice. Thanks so much for sharing! Oh, my chicken was frozen when I put in the crockpot - came out perfect at the end of cooking time.

Meatball Soup

{Update} I made this again today for about the 5th time and I was checking out some of the comments since the last time I made it. Many say it is too brothy. It may "appear" that way as it is cooking but once you add the pasta and it plumps up it is much thicker. This really is a wonderful soup as directed and a great base to "add on" if you like.{end Update} Made as directed - delicious! It was wonderful with crusty bread! Thanks for sharing.
