Connie's Zucchini "Crab" Cakes

My family and I loved these. My husband could not believe that there was no crab, he swore he could taste it. Great recipe, thank you.

So moist and delicious! The frosting was a little rich for my taste, but good. Next time may try less cocoa in the frosting. I was scared at first when mixing the brownie ingredients. I thought it was way too dry...but the zucchini worked its magic and it turned out wonderful. Family loved them. Thank you!

Romano Chicken

Baked Buffalo Wings

I made these last night and they turned out great! Crispy and flavorful. I doubled the sauce and used the remaining sauce to dip in after they were done baking. This made the finishing touch for us. I used 1 tsp cayenne after reading the reviews and could have definitely used more for a spicier wing, which I will do next time. All the same, great wings and great recipe. Thank you!
