Honey Baked Chicken II

I have been making this recipe for years- in fact it's what's for dinner tonight!! I use half the butter tho and it's plenty. The sauce is great served over rice.Also, I take the skin off half of the pieces of chicken.

Wonderful recipe, have made it for several friends and everyone loves it!! A 14oz. can of diced tomatoes is a wonderful addition, but just as good without it too!!

Dark Chocolate Crumb Bars

I went to the Nestle site. Their recipes uses 1 cup of butter and 2 cups of flour. The ratio will be the same, but will give you more crumbs for coverage. This is an easy recipe tasty and quick!!

St. Joseph's Bread

This a great-tasting bread and very easy to make. I will be making it again this year on Mar.19, in honor of St. Joseph. It is a tradition in the small Western NY town I grew up in.

Banana Oat Bread Pudding

This is just OK, sort of bland, but I guess thats what bread-puddings are. It was a way to use up extra bananas. It does not keep well tho, so try to consume it in one day if you can.

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread

You can use half the amt. of butter, sugar and eggs and have a healthier version of grandmothers cornbread. also try nonfat buttermilk, or even skim. The taste and texture are in the cornmeal itself.

Sugared Asparagus
