Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

These cookies are absolutely delicious! I flattened the dough balls slightly with a fork, and got crisp outside, soft inside, chewy cookies. My only change is the addition of extra banana because I like a LOT of banana flavor!

Mini Cheesecakes III

This makes some delicious cheesecake in the perfect portion size!!! I will reduce or maybe omit the lemon next time as it was a little overpowering for me, but everybody loved this dessert!

Key Lime Pie VII

This pie is the best I've ever tasted! I got rave reviews from my family, and will definitely be making and sharing this recipe for years to come! I think using fresh-squeezed key lime juice is important, even if it takes some extra time. And the addition of sour cream is the key to amazing creaminess.
