This is delicious...I made a few adjustments though. I added 2 tbsp brown sugar (cus I was 1/4 cup short on honey) and 1tsp ground ginger (seemed like a good idea). After baking the leg quarters for an hour the sauce was very thin so I removed the chicken to add 2 tbsp of cornstarch liquid to thicken the sauce. I returned the chicken to the pan and baked for another 20 minutes uncovered. OMG!!! My hubby and 3 yr old daughter gobbled everthing up. I served with some simple brown rice. I will definitely make this again...I wonder how this will turn out in the crockpot???
