Traditional White Bread

Best bread I've made so far! I used a mix of white whole wheat flour and unbleached plain flour with a bit of vital wheat gluten. I also replaced the lard with olive oil. Hand-shaped and scored for a more rustic loaf, pressed some rosemary on top, and brushed with butter at the end. Amazing!

Quick Quiche

This is a great basic recipe. I don't usually follow any recipe exactly, so I was able to use this to customize based on what I had in my kitchen at the time. Quick, easy and delicious!
