Mmm-Mmm Better Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
This has become my go to brownie recipe. I'm a lazy baker so it says something that I would rather make these from scratch than buy a box. That's how good this recipe is. I also add chocolate chips before baking, but no other changes.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2012
Great recipe and idea! I did what a lot of the other reviewers suggested and used buttermilk or milk/vinegar to dip the chicken in first, rather than butter. My family loves these! Sometimes I use panko or a mix of panko and breadcrumbs, depending on what I have in the pantry. I also used the same idea last time I made fish. We liked it better than frying it!

Chocolate Covered Cherry Cookies II

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2010
I was really glad to find this recipe. My boyfriend makes these cookies and lost the recipe. This seems to be the same one. We make the cookies really small. Before they go in the oven they are about the size of a store bought choc covered cherry. They get pretty big after baking. We then push the cherry in and completely cover it with a chocolate blob. Try these as written first. No recipe changes needed in my opinion.

Baked Spaghetti I

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
I made this dish twice. Once I tried to "healthy" it up a bit and substituted ground turkey for hamburger, low sodium diced tomatoes with herbs, lots of veggies and less cheese. It was an awesome healthy dish. I made it today using hamburger and went all out for the unhealthy version :) I really only made a few changes. I used milk and sour cream to thin out the soup ( i used 1 cream of chicken and 1 mushroom) I still used lots of veggies and low sodium tomatoes. This was sooooo amazingly good. I still have leftovers and can't wait to make it again. Both ways turned out great and remain pretty true to the original. Easy assembling tip: pour all the noodles on the bottom. Pour the veggies and meat all over it. Pour the soup mixture over that. Simple and the flavor pours into every bite.

Chocolate Scotcheroos

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2009
My boss used to make these for us at work all the time. I keep losing the recipe and hate asking her for it. This is one of my favorite treats to make! Give this one a try for sure.
